Returns & Exchanges

At Devoko, we want you to love your home furniture; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
